DescriptionThe Brand Styling Lead is responsible for curating and maintaining a cohesive visual identity for the retailer across all touchpoints. This role combines creative vision with a strategic approach to styling, ensuring that all campaigns and gallery styling align with the brand’s image, resonate with the target audience, and drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities- Execute the brand’s styling aesthetic and guidelines in line with the brand identity for campaign and gallery shoots.
- Develop and implement clear styling guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and alignment across the team’s work, fostering a unified brand identity.
- Act as the primary point of contact (division specific) for online and campaign styling consistency.
- Oversee the styling of photoshoots, ensuring all outfits and accessories align with the brand’s target customer and trends.
- Collaborate with photographers and art directors to deliver compelling assets.
- Research fashion trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform styling choices.
- Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to ensure styled looks reflect current stock and key items.
- Manage and mentor a team of stylists and junior creatives.
- Use styling to communicate the brand’s ethos, target audience, and positioning.
