The Role

We are working with a large, innovative international design practice who are currently searching for an experienced and passionate Bid Coordinator to join them. You will join a collaborative marketing team, to produce bid and tender packages for pioneering projects across the globe!

Within this role, you will focus on developing and coordinating bid submissions, whilst preparing tender packages for large scale, ground‑breaking projects. You will also manage, research, and develop reports to support the company’s marketing. Our client is looking for someone with a background within the architecture and design industry to strengthen the team with sector specific knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate bid submissions, and assess tender requirements and plans
  • Prepare tender packages including internal and external negotiations.
  • QA bid and project delivery reviews
  • Coordinate the collate information across the wider company/offices to support marketing including blogs and media copy
  • Manage, research, collate information and produce reports and materials to support marketing, BD and media activities
  • Entering submission content into InDesign templates including proofing and editing text
Key Skills/Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the built environment
  • Proficient in Excel and In Design
  • Strong attention to detail with meticulous organisation
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a project‑based company is beneficial
