- Create innovative print collections for the Cath Kidston range.
- Produce print repeats, placements, and colourways tailored to specific markets.
- Brief and nurture strong relationships with suppliers to support the design process.
- Deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for the brand and its values.
- Designer‑level experience in a similar brand or category.
- Creative mindset paired with a collaborative approach.
- Expertise in print design, illustration, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong sense of taste, trend awareness, and colour sense.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying ideas with team and external partners.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
