As a Post Production & QC Coordinator in the Production Operations team (Studios Department), you will support various animation and live‑action video pipelines. Your primary focus will be QC’ing and delivering music and music video assets from the Labels team into the Master Catalogue, ensuring timely delivery to distribution partners. The role involves coordinating final post‑production, asset, and metadata delivery of Moonbug content to the Master Catalogue for onward distribution.
Responsibilities- Video mastering and exporting for delivery.
- Performing eyeball QC and AQC (automated quality control) on all content streams.
- Coordinating QC fixes with Label, QC, and Post teams.
- Identifying QC issues and advising/escalating for resolution.
- Reviewing and updating naming conventions for internal and client deliveries.
- Final mastering and export of music & video content for internal and external use (MP4, MOV, + standard Audio assets).
- Working with different internal stakeholders, QC, and Post teams to fix failed content.
- Coordinating secure media transfers across platforms (Lucid Link, Aspera, cloud, local servers).
- Creating, monitoring, updating, and managing production projects in our internal platform.
- Strong knowledge of and interest in the production process.
- Skilled at Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Experience QC’ing content.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail and being a completer‑finisher.
- Great file management.
- Background in video editing and post‑production work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Approachable, calm, poised.
