LANDING FORTY TWO

Situated on the 42nd floor of ‘The Cheese grater', Landing Forty Two is the UK's highest dedicated events space, offering stunning views of the Thames and London skyline from its unique viewpoint over 500ft above the city streets through its floor‑to‑ceiling windows. The venue offers over 5,000 sq ft of flexible space for conferences, product launches, receptions and dinners for up to 300 delegates or guests.

CONTROL

ROOM A

Located on the south bank of the River Thames, Control Room A is the jewel in the crown of Battersea Power Station, a landmark on the London skyline and an important part of the city's identity. Featuring teak parquet floors, marble finishings and an elaborate gold‑coffered glass ceiling present Art Deco glamour at its most authentic. With a capacity of up to 220 guests, it offers a unique venue for receptions, fashion shows, dinners and launches.

WHAT

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of event production for a variety of high‑profile events across Landing Forty Two and Control Room A such as conferences, dinners, brand activations and awards ceremonies. The successful candidate will work closely with event planners, vendors, and staff to ensure that all events are executed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.

WHAT

YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Leading and managing all aspects of event production, including venue, vendors, equipment rental, logistics, and staff coordination.
  • Working closely with event planners to develop timelines, budgets, and production plans that meet the client's needs and expectations.
  • Ensuring that all equipment and supplies are ordered, delivered, and set up in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Overseeing the on‑site production of events, ensuring that all activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
  • Creating and implementing thorough RAMS and event safety plans.
  • Managing event staff, including scheduling, inducting and onsite coordination.
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure that all contracts are fulfilled and that all parties involved in the event are working together seamlessly.
