It’s your FREE 12‑week online masterclass from the BBC’s in‑house award‑winning advertising agency, BBC Creative. We’re passionate about building a diverse creative industry, and that’s where you come in!

• Masterclasses with industry pros:
  Learn everything including idea generation, strategy, copywriting and art direction.
• A dedicated mentor during and after the scheme to guide you and answer your questions.
• The chance to create something amazing for your portfolio – from the brief through to creation with our guidance.
• Valuable connections:
  Meet industry experts and fellow aspiring creatives.

• Age 18+ and bursting with creative ideas (no experience needed).
• From a Black, Asian or minority ethnic background.
• Available virtually from 4 pm‑6 pm every Tuesday from 14 April 2026.
• Willing to learn from the best and get your foot in the industry door.

We want to see your creativity shine – please complete 3 of the 4 challenges below (Question 1 is mandatory – you can choose the other two yourself!). You can answer these in any format you like; no fancy equipment or expertise required. Just be yourself.

• Make a Tik Tok promoting yourself as person of the month (Mandatory)
• Rebrand your favourite celebrity into a drinks brand.
• Convince UK teens that asparagus is a better alternative to vapes.
• Write a scathing one‑star review of one of your group chats.

You must complete BOTH of these steps for your application to be considered for this opportunity. Please note, this masterclass is unpaid and online.
