Position SummaryThis role works as part of a team of designers, engineers, and project managers to deliver large‑scale production of high‑quality assets for client products. The successful candidate will learn new systems, understand the client brand values, demonstrate sound design judgement and possess impeccable attention to detail.
Role and Responsibilities- Follow prescribed workflow for large‑scale asset production, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
- Maintain and enhance the quality expected of the design output.
- Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to improve workflow and the efficiency of internal tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conceptualise and execute design projects from start to finish.
- Maintain organised design files and adhere to brand guidelines in all produced materials.
- Experience creating high‑quality experiences and user flows across a variety of platforms.
- Strong understanding of user‑centred design principles and best practices; a self‑motivated problem‑solver.
- Interest and aptitude for learning new technologies and design skills.
- Ability to design within brand guidelines and contribute to the overall design language.
- Expert knowledge of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Highly organised and able to use project management tools to track deliveries and progress.
