The role:

an experienced Producer to manage the end‑to‑end production of creative and marketing assets, including stills and moving image. This requires hands‑on, detail‑driven project management to deliver industry‑leading campaigns across editorial, video, and branded content, with extensive knowledge of the stills and video pre‑ and post‑production process.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Shoot Production and Senior Producer in leading the execution of creative content across web, social, and marketing platforms
  • Manage production schedules and allocate creative resources accordingly
  • Manage pre‑ and post‑production schedules for both stills and video projects
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots, including location sourcing, talent booking, and casting
  • Track budgets, issue quotes, manage invoices, and ensure cost control
  • Maintain production archives and shoot materials
  • Maintain contact databases
  • Negotiate with and brief suppliers, maintain vendor relationships, and manage contracts and paperwork
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and troubleshoot any issues
  • Mold budgets, spot budget‑saving solutions and maintain own budgets, raise POs, invoicing and call sheets
  • Creative research projects including photographers, models and other talents and locations
  • Oversee Shoot Assistants’ financial and administrative duties to accurately complete processes in a timely manner
  • Be resourceful and adaptable to changing budgets, timelines, and shifting priorities

    Collaborate across teams and manage with calm and assured leadership
  • Prepare and communicate production schedules and timing plans in sync with the content and creative calendars
Qualifications
  • Detail oriented and forensic with tracking and filing
  • Extensive production experience within fashion, editorial, or creative agencies
  • Expert knowledge of shoot logistics and supplier management
  • Excellent problem‑solver with strong planning and multi‑tasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
  • Passionate about luxury fashion, photography, and digital storytelling
  • First‑class contact book with great relationships both in the UK and globally
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word, Photoshop & Design applications (an advantage)
