Creative Content Specialist

We’re seeking an energetic Creative Content Specialist who lives and breathes reels and short‑form video. You’ll be our content powerhouse—constantly ideating, shooting engaging videos, and convincing team members to jump in front of the camera to create moments that make people stop scrolling.

Unlike traditional marketing roles, you’ll report directly to leadership ensuring strategic alignment and create content across all divisions. This is a role for someone who sees every moment as potential content and wants to shape how Qniverse and Qrius Training Institute connect with audiences.

• Generate multiple reel ideas daily across trending formats and company‑specific content
• Stay obsessively updated on Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts trends
• Adapt viral trends to fit QA/tech industry in authentic, engaging ways
• Create storyboards and shot lists for reel productions

• Shoot multiple reels consistently throughout the week using smartphone and basic equipment
• Direct team members, making them comfortable on camera and explaining concepts clearly
• Capture B‑roll footage of office life, events, and team activities for content library
• Work fast and efficiently without disrupting workflow

• Edit reels using Cap Cut, InShot, or similar mobile/desktop editing tools
• Add trending audio, effects, transitions, captions, and hooks that drive engagement
• Optimize videos for each platform and write compelling captions
• Schedule and publish content at optimal times maintaining consistent posting rhythm
• Convince team members to participate in reels and make shoots enjoyable
• Build relationships across departments to create willing content collaborators

• Create carousel posts, static graphics, and stories using Canva
• Support Qrius Training Institute promotional content and marketing campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy
• Respond to comments and engage with audience

• Proven experience creating reels, Tik Toks, or short‑form video content
• Strong portfolio with multiple reels you’ve personally created, shot, and edited
• Expert knowledge of Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts best practices
• Proficiency in mobile video editing (Cap Cut, InShot) and smartphone videography
• Comfortable being on camera and directing others

• Idea machine who generates creative concepts constantly and effortlessly
• Persuasive communicator who can convince anyone to join your content
• High energy with fun, positive vibes that make shoots enjoyable
• Trend savvy—you know what’s viral before it peaks
• Self‑directed and proactive with fast execution from idea to published reel

• Photography skills and experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras
• Experience creating B2B or tech industry content
• Advanced graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Understanding of Linked In content and social media analytics
• Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects experience

• Direct reporting to Directors
• Shape how Qniverse and Qrius connect with audiences
• Work across multiple divisions: QA Services, Qni Pay, Qrius, and Whatnxt
• Strategic role with visibility across the entire organization
• Collaborate across UK, Nepal, and Mumbai operations
• Create content that represents our international team and culture
