The Role:

As a Technical Womenswear Designer, you will lead the technical development of garments from the initial concept to production. Your expertise will ensure that our garments not only look great but fit perfectly and are constructed to the highest standards. You'll collaborate closely with our Head of Design, overseas pattern cutters, manufacturers, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain detailed technical packs, design drawings, and construction details.
  • Attend fit sessions and provide clear, actionable feedback to suppliers.
  • Liaise with our Danish Head Office, overseas factories, and suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve any technical design issues.
Skills & Experience:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a technical fashion design or garment technologist role.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator) and technical documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills; excellent written and spoken English is vital for this role.
