The Kitchen is Kraft Heinz’S In-House Culture First, Co-Creative agency. We use culture to connect our brands with consumers across Europe, fast. We are a team of creatives, strategists and makers working alongside the Kraft Heinz marketing team to co‑create breakthrough creative ideas that solve business problems at the speed of culture.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a mid‑level solo creative for social first brand activation campaigns. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on creation. You will be responsible for conceptualising and executing campaigns, leading projects independently from brief to delivery.
Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll be a key player in developing bold, culture‑first ideas for some of the world’s most beloved food brands. You will ensure brand consistency across various platforms like digital, experiential, and social media, translating brand objectives into impactful creative strategies that resonate with target audiences across the EU. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of your projects and make a significant impact within an agency that moves at the speed of culture.
Key Responsibilities- Creative Conceptualisation:
Develop and design immersive concepts and compelling content for social activations, digital platforms, and social media campaigns. - Strategic Vision:
Translate brand objectives and client briefs into impactful creative strategies that resonate with target audiences. - Project Ownership:
Take full ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring the creative vision is executed effectively within budgetary and time constraints. - Brand Consistency:
Ensure the visual and tonal integrity of the brand is maintained across all touchpoints. - Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
Present creative concepts, articulate strategic thinking, and build strong relationships by incorporating feedback. - Trend Awareness:
Identify emerging cultural and technological trends to inform creative development and ensure innovative approaches to brand activations. - Collaboration:
Work independently but also collaborate with other teams, providing creative guidance when working with junior team members or freelancers.
- Experience:
3-5 years of relevant creative experience, demonstrating the ability to lead projects independently. - Creative Expertise:
Proficiency in conceptualising and executing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, experiential, and social media. - Strategic Thinking: A strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to connect creative ideas with business objectives.
- Presentation & Communication:
Excellent skills in crafting and delivering persuasive presentations and communicating creative ideas clearly. - Adaptability:
The ability to problem‑solve on the fly and adapt to changing situations and project requirements. - Technical
Skills:
Familiarity with creative tools and software used in campaign development and content creation. After Effects and other motion graphics tools is a bonus.
