We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join DREST’s in‑house creative team. Reporting to the Head of Creative and working closely with cross‑functional partners – Brand, Product, Partnerships, Content, and our Founder & CEO – you’ll bring ideas to life through exceptional design execution that bridges gaming, luxury fashion, and digital innovation.

Accountable for- Creative Asset Delivery:
Consistently deliver engaging, high‑quality visual assets that meet brief objectives and reflect DREST’s creative direction, with ≥90 % stakeholder feedback rating the output as visually compelling and on‑brand. - Brand Alignment & Aesthetic Consistency:
Adhere to DREST’s brand guidelines across individual projects, ensuring a coherent and elevated visual identity throughout all creative outputs. - Design Ownership & Execution:
Independently lead assigned design projects end‑to‑end, ensuring ≤10 % of revisions are due to executional issues and all assets are delivered on schedule unless reprioritised. - Creative Collaboration & Communication:
Foster open, constructive relationships across departments and with peers. Maintain consistently positive feedback on collaboration, responsiveness, and clarity of communication. - External Creative Standards:
Support delivery of partner‑facing creative with ≤5 % of assets requiring significant rework due to misalignment with external brand guidelines or internal standards. - Trend Integration & Visual Innovation:
Regularly surface relevant trends from fashion, gaming, and luxury to inform and inspire the team’s creative direction, contributing at least 1 innovative execution per quarter that pushes the brand forward.
- Design and art‑direct visual assets for marketing and in‑game content, including banners, promotional materials, social assets, and in‑app creative, ensuring all outputs reflect DREST’s brand standards and strategic goals.
- Utilise internal creative tooling, such as the Fitting Room, to develop compelling fashion looks and collaged assets, contributing to high‑impact branded content and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Picture team to source, select, and license high‑quality imagery, ensuring visual compliance and timely asset availability for marketing and content needs.
- Provide creative guidance and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders, contributing to a collaborative, feedback‑driven environment that upholds design excellence.
- Support brand partnership initiatives by designing polished, partner‑facing visuals that align with both DREST and external brand guidelines and expectations.
- Stay attuned to cultural and design trends across fashion, gaming, and digital, proactively integrating relevant influences into day‑to‑day creative execution.
- Own creative delivery timelines for assigned projects, balancing hands‑on design work with independent project management to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Collaborate across teams (Creative, Brand Partnerships, Picture, Product), support junior team members, and help continuously evolve the DREST visual identity.
- Design visually compelling assets for in‑game content, marketing campaigns, pitch decks, and brand partnerships – always delivering premium, high‑impact visuals that reflect DREST’s luxury and fashion‑first positioning.
- Strong technical proficiency, with hands‑on experience across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and motion/3D tools where relevant.
- Work confidently across concepting, art direction, and production, managing the creative lifecycle independently while maintaining excellent attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Understand luxury fashion and gaming culture, with a sharp editorial eye and clear awareness of the aesthetics, brands, and cultural cues that resonate with high‑end audiences.
