Ready to create standout video content for major brands across fashion, beauty, sport and lifestyle? We’re launching s360 Studio – our creative and brand strategy offering – and need ambitious creative strategists, designers, social content managers, and video producers to shape this new offering and build a creative, innovative team.
What You’ll Do- Hands‑on creation of high‑quality video content for brands and retailers, supporting production from pre‑production to final delivery.
- Ensure all video output is executed efficiently and meets our high creative standards.
- Executing high‑quality video production, including brand content, brand films, social content, animation, and explainers.
- Working with an exciting mix of brands and retailers across fashion, beauty, sport, lifestyle, and homewares categories.
- Assisting in developing shoot mood boards and translating creative direction into visual execution.
- Supporting shoot planning and coordination: crafting detailed shot lists, assisting with equipment set‑up, prop styling, and location scouting.
- Managing full post‑production for assigned assets—editing, grading, sound design, and final delivery.
- Collaborating with the Production Director and other Studio members to ensure consistency and quality across all creative and brand work.
You’ll work side by side with 25+ creatives across the Nordics, the Netherlands, the UK, and beyond—creating social experiences that genuinely connect customers and brands. We value close collaboration, diverse perspectives, and continuous learning.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a hands‑on, creative Videographer with solid video production skills and an eagerness to elevate the ideas and content we create for brands and retailers.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a videography or production role within a brand or agency environment.
- Proven track record of creating various content types, from social media ads to longer‑form brand videos, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in all post‑production aspects, including editing (Adobe Premiere Pro), color grading, and sound design.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into executable shoot plans and manage time efficiently.
- Good communication skills, comfortable taking direction and offering creative input to the team.
