About the RoleJoin our dynamic team as we partner with a leading optical and imaging client in their B2B transformation journey. You'll be part of a multi‑skilled and vibrant creative team, responsible for crafting compelling copy that resonates with B2B audiences across various channels. Working in close collaboration with clients and brands, you will turn complicated, detailed content into clear, engaging copy that drives results.

- Develop conceptual themes, headlines, and supporting copy for presentations, videos, and campaigns
- Support clients in editing copy for their bids, tenders, and marketing plans
- Collaborate with conceptual leads, motion graphics designers, and designers in idea generation
- Develop all account copy, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all messaging to agreed briefs and established brand values
- Follow and help build a tone of voice consistent with the client throughout all copy and proactively make recommendations for project direction
- Undertake research and develop understanding of the client's target audience and competitor products
- Form close relationships with clients and project teams to source product information and unique selling points
- Generate engaging, business‑focused content that adds value to clients' decision‑making processes and enhances their experience
- Create original on‑brand copy across a variety of channels to a high standard, meeting tight deadlines
- Use briefs to translate key elements into content solutions, pitching ideas and explaining reasoning
- Expert in writing for B2B communications with ability to turn complex content into clear, engaging copy
- Proven track record of creating immaculate, original copy that stands out in B2B environments
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively
- Self‑motivated, proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving capabilities
- Excellent understanding of how to interpret briefs and translate them into effective content solutions
- Experience in developing and maintaining consistent tone of voice across various channels
- Strong research skills with ability to understand target audiences and competitive landscapes
- Experience working closely with creative teams including designers and motion graphics specialists
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high‑quality output
- Strong presentation skills with ability to pitch ideas and explain creative reasoning
- Experience in client‑facing environments with ability to source product information and build relationships
