We are looking for a talented Photo Studio Stylist with extensive menswear and womenswear experience to join our team. Reporting to the Studio Styling Manager you will be responsible for delivering a very high standard of styling for  ecom imagery. Working alongside the busy studio team to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy is achieved on set and all deadlines met.

This role forms part of our in-house photo studio team based at our Shoreditch head office. You will report to the Studio Styling Manager.

• Responsible for styling Mens and Womens fashion, creating commercial content for
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and quality when styling, maintaining the brand identity of All Saints
• Have a thorough understanding of the All Saints product, knowing key invested ranges and key fashion pieces from each collection
• Researching fashion trends in styling and online creative content
• Regular review of the site, discuss trade performance to highlight areas of opportunity
• Follow Photo Studio processes to ensure image asset delivery is achieved seamlessly
• Advising Photo Studio Retouchers of any points that need to be addressed in Post Production

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Ability to style creatively, demonstrating a keen knowledge and interest in global fashion trends and brand awareness
• The ability to follow a clear brief and execute strong consistency and detail
• Flexible and organised in your approach to work, with the ability to prioritise
• The ability to work well independently, and under pressure
• A digital mindset is key with a working understanding of capture 1 and Adobe Suites would be beneficial
• A professional team player who works with energy, personality and pace
• A confident and decisive person who takes ownership of their work and responds well to feedback
• Previous experience styling fashion with a rounded editorial and ecommerce portfolio for both menswear and womenswear
• Experience working within a studio environment to guidelines
• Ability to review looks creatively and showcase products to be on brand and in line with current trends
• A keen interest and knowledge in both menswear and womenswear fashion and styling
• Confident and adaptable in meeting daily shoot targets
• General knowledge of photography and lighting is preferable
