Position: Events Manager (FTC)

A collaborative and growing investment management firm is looking for an Events Manager for a fixed-term contract role to successfully deliver their events agenda.

This role will be responsible for arranging and coordinating event logistics in London, working closely with business partners to ensure smooth implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

Deliver all types of events, conferences, webinars, and virtual events successfully and in alignment with company image and objective.

Arrange and coordinate event logistics as well as keep track of participation and collect feedback after events.

Attend events to ensure they run smoothly and advise and provide assistance for one-off projects.

Manage documents for events from start to finish including agendas.

Requirements/

Qualifications:

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Strong academic credentials or equivalent

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Candidate should thrive in an inventive, deadline-driven, multi-tasking role

Genuine knowledge and interest in the investment management industry
