Assistant quantity surveyor

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work for a leading Main Contractor based in the heart of London. This is an exciting new role due to additional workload with new projects secured and started on site. About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor As Assistant Quantity Surveyor be to work leading the commercial team within their Data centre Division.

With all their projects being 1 stage and ranging from £80 -£400 million in value you will be working from early stages on site through to competition. For this role, you will work within the Commercial team reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be responsible for but not limited to; managing packages from procurement through to final accounting Working with the team to ensure subcontractors are managed on site, CVRs, review drawings, mentor junior members of the team and work collaboratively with the internal team and clients.

For this role, our client Is looking for someone to join the team in East London on a prestigious Data Centre scheme which consists of multiple sites and runs for several years. Responsibilities for Assistant Quantity Surveyor Procurement across all sub-contracting accounts Pricing, and managing change and variations. Managing Customer and Consultant Relationships Assisting the team with information for CVR and meetings.
