Are you looking to take the next step in your Party Wall career with a leading London consultancy? Our client, a specialist Neighbourly Matters firm, is looking for an experienced Party Wall Surveyor or Assistant Surveyor to join their collaborative, high performing team in Central London.

The Role:
You will be involved in a variety of projects, including both Building Owner and Adjoining Owner work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing schedules, notices and awards, taking projects from inception to completion.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
• Delivering excellent client service to a leading client base on high profile projects.

What Were Looking For:

• Experienced Party Wall Surveyor or Assistant Surveyor.
• Ideally a member of P&T or the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.
• Proven experience acting as both Building Owner and Adjoining Owner Surveyor.
• Strong desire to specialise and grow within Party Wall surveying.
• Confident managing multiple projects and providing thorough, practical advice.
