Job Description: You will take full ownership of the pre-construction phase for high-end residential projects across London. By ensuring pricing accuracy, technical coordination, and buildability, you will bridge the gap between initial drawings and site delivery. • Prepare detailed project pricing, trade packages, and customer-facing scopes including all inclusions and assumptions.
• Conduct technical reviews of architectural and structural information to identify clashes and buildability risks before work begins.
• Manage the transition from tender to site, providing clear and complete information handovers to the project delivery teams.

• Proven experience in pre-construction, estimating, or quantity surveying within the residential construction sector.
• Strong technical proficiency in reviewing drawings and using tools like Bluebeam or Sketch Up to clarify buildability details.
• A meticulous and proactive communicator who identifies information gaps early and refuses to rely on assumptions.
