The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a small, boutique consultancy that works alongside high‑profile private clients within the luxury, high‑end residential sector – with projects across London and the home counties.

The Director who oversees the Quantity Surveying team is seeking a professional, client‑facing Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable dealing with clients and delivering projects pre‑ and post‑contract, as well as doing the CA/EA work.

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• High‑end residential project experience preferable
• Consultancy / cost management QS experience
• Comfortable delivering a QS/CA role
