Overview
An expanding London Cost Consultancy with a family-feel working environment, is seeking a team-focused Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities- Join a team of 25+ in a new, modern, London office near London Bridge where you will work alongside an Associate in delivering high-end residential, heritage, and education projects.
- Provide a QS/CA/EA role, pre and post contract, whilst also having your own project to run from inception to completion.
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree (min 2:1)
- 2 years (or more) quantity surveying experience
- Pre and post contract knowledge
- Client facing, personable, team-focused character
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
- £40,000 - £50,000
- 24 days annual leave + bank holidays
