We're looking for an Project Quantity Surveyor to join a busy main contractor and support a company based in SE1 area in London. This is a permanent role offering long-term career progression within a company that genuinely values professional development and internal growth.

As Project QS, you will be commercially leading multiple live external refurbishment schemes from pre-construction through to final account. You'll work closely with the site and project management teams to ensure financial efficiency, risk management, and successful project delivery.

• Full commercial management of three live façade remediation schemes
• Cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Procurement of subcontractors and supplier packages
• Preparation and submission of valuations and applications for payment
• Variations management and contract administration
• Managing subcontractor payments and final accounts
• Cost reporting and cash flow forecasting
• Identifying and mitigating commercial risks
• Supporting project delivery teams to ensure works are completed within budget

• Proven experience operating as a Project Quantity Surveyor
• Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously
• Strong background with a main contractor
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
• Must live within a 45-minute commute of Waterloo
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Salary of up to £65,000 DOE
