Work on professional instructions: dilaps, defects, party wall, due diligence, RCAs, planned maintenance Front clients on site and in meetings—own the relationship and the outcomes Feed into business development and marketing, not just delivery Help shape how the practice grows You MRICS with 6–9+ years' experience in consultancy
