CHARTERED SURVEYOR KFH Chartered Surveyors £Competitive, aligned to experience Home Based (London & South) ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Chartered Surveyor to join our Survey and Professional Services team, delivering high quality valuation and professional survey work for major UK lenders and private clients. This is a home based role offering genuine professional autonomy within a stable and technically strong environment, with centrally coordinated inspections and diary support.

Your workload will include lender valuations, Red Book valuations for probate, taxation and matrimonial purposes, and where appropriate, Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys. Volumes are structured to ensure quality and defensibility remain the priority. This is a role for a confident MRICS professional who values credibility, independence and long term career stability. ROLE EXPECTATIONS This role requires strong technical capability, commercial awareness and disciplined compliance.

You will manage your workload independently while maintaining high reporting standards and regulatory alignment. You will:
Undertake valuation and survey work in accordance with lender and RICS standards Deliver accurate, robust reports within agreed SLAs Follow specific lender guidance and Red Book requirements
