Job Summary

This contractor is renowned for its work across Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Power Generation sectors. Your role will be critical in managing costs and enhancing value‑for‑money on these significant projects, upholding the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities
  • Track project costs and labour efficiency, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Manage subcontract packages from procurement to final account.
  • Produce detailed bills of quantities from plan drawings and isometrics.
  • Understand and apply NRM2 requirements and the Construction Act.
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in MEP contracting.
  • Proven track record in managing workload and tracking project finances.
  • Meticulous and professional approach to all tasks.
  • Ability to measure from plan drawings and isometrics to produce detailed bills of quantities.
