We’re working with a busy and respected building consultancy that is looking to appoint a Freelance Building Surveyor to support ongoing projects across Milton Keynes and London.

This position is well suited to an experienced surveyor seeking consistent freelance work with autonomy and a varied workload.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Local Authority Housing Disrepair assessments
• Expert Witness reporting
• Party Wall matters
• Investigative surveys
• Schedules of Works
• Contract Administration
• Projects across Milton Keynes and London
• 6 month contract, with possibility of ongoing work
• Day rate: £250–£350 (open to higher rates for the right candidate)

The successful candidate will have:

• MRICS or MCIOB is desired, but not essential
• At least 5+ years experience in a Building Surveying position.
• Must be able to work with little, or no supervision.
