Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Support - London/Hybrid - Construction The Company
My client are a Specialist Contractor, with a reputable name in the industry.
They boast a very low staff turnover, with many of there stuff being there for 10+ years.
Their HQ is based near St Pancras, London.
The Role - Assistant QS/Commercial SupportThis is a supporting role focused on budget monitoring, payment processes, and general commercial/contractual administration.
- Assist with budget control across live projects
- Liaise with Site Contract Managers to gather progress and commercial information Record, log, and track variations and other commercial items from site
- Support the preparation of monthly applications to Main Contractors
- Prepare and issue Payment Notices to Sub-Contractors
- Assist with vesting visits and ensure relevant commercial information is recorded Maintain accurate commercial/contractual records and documentation
- Good numerical skills and confidence using Excel
