They deliver one-off, architect-led homes — listed buildings, basements, structural reconfigurations, and full townhouse refurbishments — where detail, judgement, and commercial instinct matter more than ticking boxes.
This is not volume housing and not process-heavy Tier 1 estimating. It's hands-on, technically complex, bespoke work at the premium end of the market.
They're winning work consistently, tendering heavily, and scaling the business — including a move into a new West London office.
The RoleAs Senior Estimator, you'll take ownership of pre-construction pricing across super-prime residential and heritage refurbishment projects.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing detailed cost plans and competitive tenders for bespoke refurb & basement projects
- Producing estimates using Excel (no specialist estimating software)
- Interpreting architectural & structural drawings on technically complex schemes
- Working closely with Directors, QSs, Consultants, and Site Teams
- Supporting early-stage cost advice and feasibility input
- Reviewing subcontractor quotes and value-engineering where appropriate
This is a commercially influential role, not a back-office number-crunching position.

- Background in residential, refurbishment, basements, or complex fit-out
- Super-prime or heritage experience not essential
- Comfortable pricing non-standard, one-off projects
- Strong Excel skills and commercial judgement
- Adaptable, practical, and comfortable in a smaller, fast-moving business
