We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our clients London operation, specialising in commercial construction and fit‑out projects. You will play a key role in tendering, cost planning, and securing new work across a range of high‑quality London‑based projects.

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial fit‑out and construction projects across London
• Manage the full tender process from initial enquiry through to final submission
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and employer's requirements to identify risks and opportunities
• Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers familiar with the London market
• Produce detailed bills of quantities, cost plans, and tender reports
• Work closely with project managers, commercial teams, and directors during pre-construction
• Assess value engineering options and alternative proposals
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market rates, materials, and subcontractor pricing
• Support post-tender clarifications and handover to delivery teams

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within commercial construction and fit‑out
• Strong track record of estimating London‑based projects
• In‑depth knowledge of London subcontractor markets, procurement routes, and pricing structures
• Ability to work on multiple tenders simultaneously to tight deadlines
• Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Relevant construction qualification (preferred but not essential)

• Experience with CAT A and CAT B fit‑out projects
• Background working for a main contractor or specialist fit‑out contractor
• Knowledge of JCT contracts
