Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Asbestos Consultants to join our team. The role involves conducting asbestos surveys, air monitoring, assessments, and risk management for various building types and environments. Responsibilities include surveying, air testing, managing asbestos‑related compliance, providing guidance on mitigation strategies, and preparing technical reports. The position will require collaboration with clients and project teams, site inspections, and ensuring adherence to legal and safety standards.

This is an on‑site position with opportunities for professional development in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in asbestos surveying, risk assessments, and project management
  • In-depth knowledge of asbestos regulations and building compliance standards
  • Technical skills in report writing, record keeping, and data analysis
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and client relationship management skills
  • Certified asbestos-related qualifications (e.g., P402, P403 or P404, or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in construction sector coordination and delivering projects safely
  • Driving license and ability to commute to various work sites within the UK
  • Previous experience in the construction or environmental health sectors is advantageous
