We have partnered with a well-established and growing Main Contractor based in London to support their search for an experienced MEP Manager to join their expanding team.

With a strong pipeline of secured work across East through to South West London, this contractor delivers high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a dedicated MEP Manager to take ownership of one key project, selected based on the successful candidate's location.

The Role

As MEP Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all mechanical, electrical, and public health services on site from pre-construction through to handover.

You will:

- Oversee MEP subcontractors on site

- Review and manage technical submissions (RAMS, drawings, technical specs)

- Ensure works are delivered to programme and budget

- Coordinate services installation with the wider site team

- Chair and attend MEP coordination meetings

- Manage commissioning, snagging, and handover process

- Ensure all works are compliant with current regulations and H&S standards

About You

- Proven experience working as an MEP Manager or Senior Building Services Manager with a Main Contractor

- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical packages on residential or commercial projects

- Confident managing subcontractors and driving programme

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Relevant building services qualification (preferred but not essential)
