As we continue to expand our Cost Management team, we are seeking eight talented professionals to join us in delivering a major UK-wide portfolio of large-scale new builds and refurbishment works within live environments.

The Opportunity

We are looking for commercial experts who thrive in client-facing roles and possess the "commercial instincts" to work  will be part of a PQS team managing the full lifecycle—from initial feasibility and cost planning to final accounts.

We are hiring for:

* 4 x Senior Quantity Surveyors:
To lead projects/work streams and own client relationships.

* 4 x Assistant / Quantity Surveyors:
To support delivery and manage defined packages.

Key Responsibilities (Scaled by Level)

* Cost Management:
Prepare feasibility budgets, cost plans, and benchmarking. Deliver accurate forecasting, cashflows, and cost-to-complete reporting.

* Procurement:
Lead or support tender documentation, analysis, and award reporting. Manage supplier commercial performance and valuations.

* Change Control:
Maintain robust change logs, assess variations/compensation events, and provide clear commercial advice to stakeholders.

* Stakeholder Management:
Act as a bridge between technical commercial data and clear, actionable decisions for clients and contractors.

* Governance:
Ensure all work aligns with RICS principles and established programme audit trails.

Who You Are

Assistant / Quantity Surveyor

* AQS:
You take ownership of allocated tasks, produce accurate reports, and are likely working toward your APC (support provided).

* QS:
You can manage defined packages with limited supervision and are comfortable communicating directly with client stakeholders.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

* You are a leader capable of owning high-quality commercial outputs at pace.

* You enjoy mentoring junior staff and driving consistency across a national programme.

* Note:

Remote working is an option for Senior candidates who are fully autonomous and experienced in managing stakeholders independently.

Essential Skills

* Exceptional communication skills (both written reporting and verbal presentation).

* High attention to detail with a structured approach to governance.

* Advanced Excel skills and the ability to juggle multiple live tasks under deadline.

* A background in Consultancy/PQS or experience on large frameworks is highly desirable.
