Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor

A well-established Main Contractor based in Central London is looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
The company currently turns over £50m and has built a strong reputation delivering cladding remediation and façade replacement projects across London and the South East. With a strong pipeline of secured work and increasing demand in the remediation sector, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with real long-term prospects.
You will be joining a small, close-knit commercial team, giving you genuine exposure to the full commercial lifecycle of projects and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as you develop.
The Role
* Assisting with the commercial management of cladding and remediation projects
* Procurement of subcontract packages
* Managing subcontractor accounts and valuations
* Assisting with cost reporting and forecasting
* Supporting the commercial lead with project financial performance
* Working closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
* Experience working as an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with a Main Contractor
* Experience on refurbishment, façade, or remedial works projects is beneficial but not essential
* Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
* Ability to work within a small team environment
* Degree qualified or working towards a relevant qualification preferred
