Join a multi-skilled team of surveyors, engineers, technical specialists, ESG consultants and project managers operating across the UK and abroad. Working across both private and public sectors, they collaborate with owners, occupiers, developers, and funders at every stage of the property life cycle.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Deliver Technical Due Diligence across industrial, office, retail, leisure and residential sectors

* Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring client care and stakeholder management

* Line manage and mentor graduates, delegating work and supporting development

* Contribute to regional growth by developing client relationships and promoting services

* Provide a range of building surveying services including surveys, dilapidations and refurbishments

✅ Requirements

* MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

* Experience delivering building surveying instructions across commercial and residential sectors

* Demonstrable interest in specialising in Technical Due Diligence

* Strong report writing and presentation skills

* Ability to travel to sites across the London region

💰 Salary & Package

* £71,000 - £81,000 base salary

* Bonus/annual incentive plan and EOT bonus

* £4,200 car allowance

* 25 days holiday plus birthday leave
