A well-established construction contractor based in Rainham is seeking an experienced Estimator / Surveyor / Contracts Manager to take ownership of projects across their lifecycle. This key role offers genuine long-term progression, including the potential to advance to a Directorship position. Candidates should have experience in estimating and project management within construction, alongside strong organisational skills and a valid CSCS card.
The project values are up to £500k.
