The role of the Business Development Manager Construction Logistics will involve:

• Field sales role selling construction logistics
• Getting your foot in the door with main contractors as well as selling on construction sites
• Primarily based around the London area with remit to pursue projects nationally
• Working with projects across the UK
• No initial turnover target; focus on profitability
• Liaising with internal staff regarding ongoing projects to target

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager Construction Logistics with:

• Proven track record in a field sales role selling a construction related service
• Experience working for a large construction company (preferred)
• Open to most construction backgrounds and field sales roles for a main contractor
• Contacts within main contractors and tier ones are not essential
• Hungry and willing to learn
• Team player
• Energy, passion and enthusiasm
• Strong commercial and presentation skills
