Site-Based Project Manager - Luxury Residential (Islington)
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Excellent Perks

The Role- Site-Based Project Manager leading a £7m luxury residential scheme
- 100% site-based position in Islington
- Full responsibility for day-to-day site management
- Managing and driving construction programmes
- Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality, health & safety
- Working closely with a project-based Quantity Surveyor
- Proven experience delivering high-spec residential projects
- Strong leadership and programme management skills
- Quality-driven with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing live sites independently
