A leading residential developer in Greater London is seeking an experienced Cost Planner for a permanent role focused on cost planning and budget control for a variety of residential projects. Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost plans, supporting land appraisals, and maintaining cost databases. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, experience in residential development, and strong Excel skills.
This is a key role for ensuring financial viability from project inception through pre-construction.
