Project Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor - Cut & Carve / Civils / Structures - Central London

We're working with a leading civils and structures contractor delivering complex projects across Central London, with values up to £50m. They're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a major scheme, working as the number two and reporting directly to the Commercial Lead.

This is a great opportunity if you want real responsibility on a flagship project, while being mentored and developed towards running your own job as Commercial Lead in the near future.

• Subcontract procurement
• Valuations and variations
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Supporting with final accounts
• Day‑to‑day commercial management of a major scheme

They’re looking for someone with experience in civils, structures, or RC frame projects, ideally on schemes £10m+. NEC knowledge would be a bonus.
