Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Overview

We're looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our projects team based in London.

Location:

London – Heathrow

Hours:

40 hours per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

• Supporting the Quantity Surveyor with contract administration and documentation
• Assisting with the measurement and valuation of work to support client invoicing and supplier payments
• Helping identify, evaluate and agree variations to contracts within delegated authorities
• Supporting the development of positive commercial relationships with clients and the supply chain
• Collaborating with the team to recognise contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies

• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with diverse teams
• You're detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities and a talent for prioritising tasks
• You're confident with numbers and enjoy the balance of analytical and relationship-focused work
• You're enthusiastic about continuous professional development and growing your expertise
• You're comfortable using Microsoft Office and willing to learn bespoke software packages
