The Role - Technical CoordinatorReporting to the Technical Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating technical design information from consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure the project is delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
You will be responsible for managing the flow of technical information from planning through construction and handover.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage design information from consultants and subcontractors
- Ensure drawings and specifications comply with Building Regulations, planning conditions and company standards
- Review and manage technical submissions, RFIs and design changes
- Assist with procurement of subcontractor design packages
- Support the Technical Manager in resolving design and construction issues
- Attend design team and site coordination meetings
- Monitor progress against programme and report on technical risks
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality procedures
- Assist with handover documentation and O&M manuals
