• Lead and manage healthcare projects from inception to completion.

• Proven experience as a Senior QS ready to step up, or an existing Associate.
• Strong healthcare sector exposure (public or private).
• Commercially confident with client‑facing credibility.
• Ambitious, driven, and keen to influence strategy.
• MRICS (or working towards) preferred.
