Overview

A Cost Management consultancy with a reputation for excellence are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Quantity Surveyor for their London office, based near Covent Garden.

Responsibilities

Lead on commercial fit out and high-end residential projects, delivering schemes from inception through to completion, with support from the wider team.
Work closely with an Associate QS and Director.
Involvement in mentoring/management and undertaking client facing roles where possible.

Qualifications

BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
MRICS would be ideal but not essential
Commercial fit out experience
Pre and post cost management experience
Cost planning and contract administration experience
Comfortable managing multiple projects
