The role of the Business Development Manager Construction Logistics will involve:

* Field sales role selling construction logistics

* Looking to get your foot in the door with main contractors as well as selling on construction sites

* Mainly based around the London area but will have the remit to go after projects nationally

* Our client has projects all across the UK

* No initial turnover target as you will be targeted more on profitability

* Liaising with the internal staff regarding ongoing projects to target

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager Construction Logistics with:

* Must have a proven track record in a field sales role selling a construction related service

* Ideally have experience working for a large construction company

* Open to most construction backgrounds

* Open to someone working in a field sales role for a main contractor

* Contacts within main contractors and tier ones are not essential

* Must be hungry and willing to learn

* Team player

* Energy, passion and enthusiasm

* Strong commercial and presentation skills
