Project Manager - Demolition

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading specialist contractor to deliver a large-scale Demolition and Enabling Works project in Central London, valued at up to £20 million.

The Role

This is a key position offering the chance to take full ownership of a flagship project from pre-construction through to delivery. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, programming, and managing all on-site activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the project through pre-construction, planning, and delivery phases.

* Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations.

* Maintain control of budget, programme, and quality targets.

* Produce progress reports and manage risk effectively.

* Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.

About You

* Demonstrable experience managing demolition or enabling works projects up to £20m.

* Strong technical understanding of demolition methodologies and temporary works.

* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

* Proven ability to manage projects from inception through to completion.

* Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), or degree/equivalent in construction management or civil engineering.
