Document Controller

3D Personnel are currently looking for a Document Controller to start on a construction site in Silvertown.

• Managing and maintaining all project documentation
• Ensuring all drawings and documents are correctly filed and up to date
• Issuing documents to site teams and subcontractors
• Tracking document revisions and maintaining document control registers
• Liaising with site management and head office regarding documentation
• Ensuring all documentation complies with company and industry standards
• Supporting the project team with general administrative duties

• Previous experience as a Document Controller (preferably within construction)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience using document management systems (e.g. Aconex, Viewpoint, 4
  
  Projects - desirable)
• Must have valid /Passport
• Must have the right to work in the UK
