Project Manager - Fire Remediation

Farringdon, London hybrid working available At Southern Housing , we are seeking a Project Manager (Fire Remediation) to join our Building Safety Directorate on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Programme Manager for Fire Remediation, this role is responsible for leading diagnosis and remediation of fire safety and construction defects across Southern Housings residential portfolio. You will manage investigations (including PAS
9980), oversee remedial works, liaise with regulators and stakeholders, and maintain the golden thread of building safety information to deliver safe, compliant homes.

Key responsibilities:

Review construction information and manage testing, investigations and Type 4 FRAs Appoint and manage consultants, contractors and on-site investigations Oversee remedial works, quality control inspections and weekly progress reporting with photos Maintain O&M and building safety data; ensure accurate handover and sign-off. Liaise with enforcement bodies, legal teams, funders and original contractors to secure cost-effective solutions
