This business partners with investors, developers, occupiers and public sector clients across every major property sector. You will work alongside agency, investment, valuation and property teams to deliver joined up advice that goes far beyond a standard surveying role.

What you will be doing

• Carry out inspections, surveys and produce high quality professional reports

• Deliver dilapidations, schedules of condition, PPMs and technical due diligence

• Write specifications and administer refurbishment and repair contracts

• Support project work as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent or PM

• Build strong client relationships across diverse property portfolios

What you will bring

• Building Surveyor with consultancy experience

• Confidence across professional work and project delivery

• Strong report writing and client facing communication skills

• Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines

• Ambition to grow within a progressive, supportive team

Salary and benefits

£55,000 to £70,000 basic salary depending on level
