Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor | Cost Consultancy with real influence

This is not a back office QS role. You will sit at the heart of a growing London cost team within a national property advisory, working directly with senior leadership and major clients from day one.

You will advise investors, developers and occupiers across complex refurbishments, new builds and asset enhancement projects. Early stage costing, feasibility, procurement strategy and full lifecycle cost control. Proper variety. Proper responsibility.

What you will be doing

• Manage budgets, valuations and financial reporting across live projects

• Administer JCT contracts and oversee payment certification

• Lead tender processes and drive cost efficient procurement

• Advise on risk, change events and commercial compliance

• Support client relationships and mentor junior team members

What you will bring

• Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying

• Experience delivering professional QS services in consultancy or client side

• Confidence with JCT contracts, procurement and cost reporting

• Strong communication skills and client facing confidence

• Ambition to grow and take on more responsibility

Salary and benefits

£60,000 to £80,000 basic salary depending on level
