Privately owned main contractor with a solid reputation within the London construction market are seeking to appoint a multi skilled construction administrator.
The position will be office based, working with a very friendly and supportive team who deliver projects typically from £1m-£15m in contract value.
Responsibilities- Office Management
- Materials buying
- Construction Administration assisting site teams
This is a broad role that would suit a versatile individual who is highly organised, IT-savvy, and enjoys taking ownership of day-to-day office and operational tasks.
QualificationsCandidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a construction environment is essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with assisting buying/procurement of materials.
- Practical, positive attitude – someone who is happy to get stuck in and help out where needed.
- IT literate – confident setting up systems and helping the team with basic IT.
